SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, particularly to surgical armaments and covers intestinal content evacuation. An aspirator tip for intestinal content evacuation comprises a holed aspirating tube and an in-built irrigation tube. The aspirating tube is mounted in a holed enclosure and rotatable therein. In the aspirating tube, there are upper and lower grooves wherein a pin and a bush are arranged respectively. The enclosure comprises upper and lower grooves for said pin and bush respectively. Additionally, the enclosure is provided with an internal flushing canal being open in the lower groove of the enclosure. The lower groove of said aspirating tube is attached to the irrigation tube. A through channel provided in the bush joins the flushing canal of the enclosure and the irrigation tube. Gaps on the aspirating tube are arranged so that when an external hole of the flushing canal matches the through channel of the bush, gaps of the aspirating tube do not match the enclosure gaps, and on the contrary if the bush is displaced in the lower groove of the enclosure and the external hole of the flushing canal is closed, the enclosure gaps and those of the aspirating tube match.

EFFECT: tip design provides intestinal content aspiration continuity without extracting the tip from intestine lumen and eliminates possibility for intraintestinal pressure increase within aspirator washing.
