FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, particularly to surgical armaments, and aims at the evacuation of the intestinal contents in intestinal obstruction. A device for intestinal contents migration in intestinal obstruction comprises a mechanism for pressing-out and migrating the contents along a tubular organ. The above mechanism is a mechanism for compressing and migrating the intestinal contents and presented by two rollers - bearing and clamping, with L-canals formed inside. The rollers are mounted on a rectangular frame, which comprises an upper rib with a handle placed thereon, two side bars, one of which comprises a hole formed, and a removable lower lib with two slots of different lengths with mounted sliding bars of the bearing and clamping rollers that in turn comprise valves connected to the rollers by threaded connections. The plates with the holes are rigidly connected to the sliding bars. A hole is also formed in one of the side bars respectively; a screw passes through the hole inside the frame; the screw in turn passes through the holes in the plates mounted on the sliding bars. The device is provided with a compensating spring placed between an inner surface of the side bar with the hole and plate of the sliding bar of the bearing roller, two rubber caps and rubber rings for the fixation on the rollers. The roller valves are provided with lids to be fixed by bolts.
EFFECT: invention provides more effective intestinal contents migration along the lumen, and also reduces a time of the procedure and intestinal wall injures.
