FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to concentration of minerals, particularly to extracting gold from goldfields. The vibratory concentrator consists of a loading hopper, of a concentrating chute with a device for its lengthwise tilt control, of a vibrator, and of a facility for unloading concentrate. The plate is installed in the concentrating chute and above its bottom; a gap between the plate and the bottom is adjusted. An upper edge of the plate pressure tight contacts a transverse edge of a hopper unloading aperture, while side edges of the plate pressure tight contact walls of the concentrating chute. The facility for concentrate unloading is made in form of a guiding plate installed at the unloading aperture of the concentrating chute; this plate performs an adjustable turn on horizontal axis and divides a plane of the unloading aperture of the chute into upper and lower parts. Ratio of chute length to its width is 4:1. Constant magnets are located at exterior surface of the plate at the unloading aperture of the chute.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of material concentration with wide variation of sizes.
