FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: dressing device comprises pulp feeder, rotary actuator, at least, two coaxial cylindrical shells, one being partially fitted inside the other with clearance and device bottom section being open toward annular trough furnished with discharge pipes. Pulp feeder is composed of intake conical funnel aligned with said shells. Funnel outlet diameter corresponds to section diameter of larger shell. Rotary actuator is composed of tangential pipes arranged tangentially to intake funnel case and directed in direction of earth rotation forces acting on pulp, and vaned swirler with vanes secured to shell inner surfaces to swirl said pump in the same direction. One of the walls of annular flute is composed by smaller shell wall section locked in chamber of overlying shell. Every annular flute is communicated with separate vibration concentrator by separate distribution bin shaped to prism with section shaped to a symmetric triangle with its vertex directed downward, separated by inner web into equal-volume compartments. Slot is arranged between bin outer inclined wall bottom edges and its inner web, slot width making, at least, three maximum sizes of fractions fed from annular flute. Bin inner web is secured to swing at horizontal shaft arranged across the vibration concentrator flute through angle not exceeding that between said inner web and outer inclined wall. Annular flute discharge pipe outlets are located above bin intake with their lengthwise axis belonging to vertical plane crossing bin swinging horizontal axis.
EFFECT: higher quality of dressing.
