FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to agricultural machine building, in particular, to machines for classification of loose materials, particles of which have rounded or elliptical shape, and may be used in mining, construction, processing fields of industry, and also in agriculture for classification of vegetable and fruit growing products. Installation for centrifugal classification of loose materials comprises two rotary sieves, calibrating surface of each of them is arranged in the form of mesh round fixed to rim having smaller diameter compared to mesh diameter to bend it, accessory for fractions withdrawal and drive mechanism. Accessories for withdrawal of fractions are arranged in the form of conveyor sieves diametrically installed on rims for withdrawal of large and medium fractions, having spiral lowering for withdrawal of fraction from installation and engaged with rims by means of conveyor rollers, hoppers for medium and fine fraction under upper sieve and for fine fraction under lower sieve. Mesh is arranged as woven from elastic cords that exit from the center and rigid radial elements that form hexagonal slit-like cells.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of classification, less damage to material, and also increased capacity.
