FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: machine comprises a frame, a feeding and discharging conveyors with trays, a rotating mesh sieve located between them connected with the drive, in the form of a hollow cone with a straight generatrix. In the cylindrical housing several mesh sieve in the form of cones with rounded tops and bases are stacked in tiers, located parallel to the horizontal plane. The angles of slope of the generatrix of cones to their bases are 18-25°. The cones are fixedly attached to the drive shaft, and the base perimeter of each cone is rigidly attached to the circular conveyors rotating on guides attached to the wall of the housing. The cell size of the sieve of the first upper cone corresponds to the size of thickness of tubers of middle fraction, the second - the size of thickness of the tubers of fine fraction, the third - the average size of technological impurities, lower cone for removing the technological impurities is made without cells. At the base of the cones in the wall of the housing opposite the discharging conveyors the unloading openings are made, having dividers attached to the lateral side of the opening and mounted at an angle of 18-25° relative to the diameter of the housing.

EFFECT: reduced probability of damage of tubers during the calibration of potatoes, increase in productivity of the process, and reduction of the overall dimensions of the machine.
