FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns metal deformation process and can be used at producing of rings made of heat-resistance nickel alloys. Forged ring blank is heated and subjected to hot rolling-off in conditions, close to isothermal. Rolling-off is implemented by several continual cycles. Cycles include operations of rolling-off and heating of blank. Time space between these operations is 30 seconds. Rolling-off operation is implemented in the range of temperatures from 1170°C till the temperature, at least by 20°C high of temperature of extraction beginning in heat-resistance nickel alloy of γ - phase. Strain rate is from 4·10-3 s-1 till 1.5·10-2 s-1. Total deformation ratio is from 6 till 15% per one cycle. Received in the issue of rolling-off ring is s heat-treated.
EFFECT: as a result is providing of received products improving, labour coefficient reduction of the process.
