FIELD: aeronautical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flight and water vehicles, particularly to changing their aerodynamic characteristics to create lifting and pushing forces. The proposed device incorporates a fixed and movable disks fitted in parallel, the latter coupled with the engine and furnished with radial vanes. The free ribs of the vanes face the said fixed disk and are mounted with a gap relative to the said disk, its size being notably smaller than the vane height. Note that radial vanes are mounted also on the movable disk opposite part. The propose device incorporates additionally a fixed disk meeting the requirements to the gap and parallelism. The additional disk diameter is smaller than that of the movable disk and equals the amplitude of the vanes arranged on the movable disk side interacting with the additional fixed disk. The engine can be arranged on the fixed disk side, given the sealing element is fitted in the additional fixed disk, or on fixed disk side if the sealing element is fitted in the fixed disk. The additional fixed disk diameter can be smaller by 20 to 30% than that of the movable disk.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
