FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention can be used in chemical and rubber industry. The device has a plasma generator chamber 1 and a plasma-chemical unit 2, the insides of which are lined with graphite 8, as well as a phase separation device, comprising series-fitted mixing container, centrifugal separator and a filter. The main part of the hydrocarbon raw material is heated to 800°C in a heat exchanger 3, located between the lining 8, and heat insulating jacket 9, and is fed into the cresset of gas-burner 4. The remaining part of the raw materials is fed through the gas burner into plasma generator chamber 1. Plasma-chemical disintegration of raw materials takes place in the plasma generator chamber 1 in an electric arc, formed by electrodes 5 and 6. Plasma generator chamber 1 and plasma-chemical unit 2 are joined through a tapered hole. The obtained technical carbon and hydrogen, as well as unreacted products are separated in the phase-separation device.
EFFECT: invention simplifies the design, provides for continuous production and enables control of quality of products.
