SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the sphere of , concerning a method of manufacturing resin-impregnated endless belt structures designed for use on a long nip press in papermaking and belt structure. The process includes the following activities: preparation of a belt base substrate; setting of a polymeric resin material onto the base substrate in question in a precise predetermined pattern in droplets by way of a controllable method providing for the material x, y, and z sizing. The pattern aforesaid determines the surface qualities of the belt structure. Hereafter the said polymeric resin material shall be cured, at least partially. The belt structure has been manufactured in accordance with the above method.
EFFECT: paper web maximum dehydration.
