SUBSTANCE: tape (16) is intended for being used during the paper making process in the press having cylindrical pressing roll (12) and arched hold-down frame (14). Tape includes base with coating. Layer of the coating has a number of channels passing in longitudinal direction. Channels have various width, shape of cross section, location or various combination of one or more above parametres, in combination with various depth, which allows creating distribution of volume of cavities, due to which the sheet water content profile is updated in the direction across the cloth movement in the machine.
EFFECT: improving the quality of manufactured paper.
