Also invention claims method of belt or roller manufacturing, involving substrate preparation, application of chemically active material layer over at least a part of the substrate, sedimentation of elastomer material on the chemically active material layer undergoing chemical reaction with the elastomer material and linking to it to form a flute system.
EFFECT: flute formation without mechanical processing of surface, obtaining smooth an even belt surface without indents and fissures.
