SUBSTANCE: method for positioning portioned sachets (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) of products for use in the oral cavity in a container (3) by means of a unit (5, 5') with compartments, wherein the method includes: a) positioning the unit (5, 5'), b) introducing at least one portioned sachet (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) into the ith compartment (9a, 9b, 9c, ...) of the unit (5, 5') with compartments, c) moving the unit (5, 5') with compartments relative to the container (3). The compartments (9a, 9b, 9c, ...) therein are arranged according to a compartment pattern forming a first sequence constituting a full circle, a semicircle or any other section of a circle. Stage c) includes c1') positioning the unit (5, 5') with compartments relative to the container (3) at a second distance (d2) equal to the first distance (d1) from the bottom (13) of the container (3), wherein the section of each portioned sachet (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) is located outside of the corresponding compartment (9a, 9b, 9c, ...) and the other portion of each portioned sachet (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) is located inside the corresponding compartment (9a, 9b, 9c, ...), and c2') moving the unit (5, 5') with compartments relative to the container (3) by means of relative movement of the unit (5, 5') with compartments in the relocation plane perpendicular to the direction in height (H) of the container (3) when positioned at a second distance (d2) from the bottom (13) of the container (3), thereby causing each portioned sachet (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) to be transferred to a second spatial orientation. Stage c2') therein is executed by rotating the unit (5, 5') in the relocation plane relative to the container (3). An apparatus (1) for positioning portioned sachets (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) of products for use in the oral cavity in a container (3), wherein the apparatus (1) comprises: a unit (5, 5') with compartments, containing multiple compartments (9a, 9b, 9c, ...) for receiving at least one portioned sachet (11a, 11b, 11c, ...), a positioning unit (7) with an axial direction (A), configured to displace the unit (5, 5') with compartments with a first displacement in the axial direction (A). The compartments (9a, 9b, 9c, ...) are arranged according to a compartment pattern forming a first sequence constituting is a full circle, a semicircle, or any other section of a circle, wherein the positioning unit (7) is configured to displace the unit (5, 5') with compartments by rotating with a second displacement in the relocation plane perpendicular to the axial direction (A). A container (3) containing multiple portioned sachets (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) of products for use in the oral cavity, the container (3) is comprised of a bottom (13) and a side wall (15), together forming a storage volume (17), wherein the container (3) has a direction in height (H). The portioned sachets (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) therein are made in form of pads with two parallel short edges (23a, 23b) and two parallel long edges (25a, 25b) perpendicular to the short edges (23a, 23b) and arranged so that one portioned sachet (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) partially overlaps with the adjacent portioned sachet (11a, 11b, 11c, ...). The portioned sachets (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) are arranged in a first sequence constituting a full circle, a semicircle, or any other section of a circle, and the portioned sachets (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) are arranged so that one of the short edges (23a, 23b) of each portioned sachet (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) is adjacent to the bottom (13) of the container (3).

EFFECT: invention allows to position portioned sachets in a predetermined way, ensuring convenience of use thereof, improving storage and transportation quality.
