SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to otolaryngology and can be used for objective diagnostics of chronic supramaxillary rhinosinusitis, proceeding in a delitescent manner. Examine, perform laboratory research of smears from a nose, a X-ray inspection of a nose sinuses. Thus in case of revealing at survey of nasal cavities of a hypertrophy of the bottom nasal concha on the one hand, spend a X-ray inspection of of a nose sinuses both laboratory cytomorphological and bacteriological research of smears from a nose. At detection of mural or total blackout maxillary sinuses, canter lateral hypertrophies of the bottom nasal concha, and also at revealing neutrophilous leucocytes at cytomorphological research and a pathogenic microflora at bacteriological research, diagnose chronic rhinosinusitis, proceeding in a delitescent manner.
EFFECT: method provides rising of accuracy of diagnostics, the prevention of intracranial both other complications and maintenance of timely treatment.
