FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forensic medicine and can be used for determination of a cause of death at persons with pathology of cardiovascular system. The deceased is examined for the following biochemical indicators, as indicators of a glucose from sine of a firm cerebral cover, glucose indicators in the right ventricle, urea indicators in blood from the femoral vein, creatinine indicators in blood from a femoral vein, myoglobin indicators in the heart right ventricle, myoglobin indicators in the heart left ventricle, glycogen indicators in a myocardium of the right heart ventricle, glycogen indicators in the stem brain departments, glycogen indicators in the right hemisphere of the brain, glycogen indicators in the cerebellum, and, according to the table 1 presented in the description, these indicators are estimated in points which summarise, and at definition of larger quantity of points for ischemic heart disease a cause of death from ischemic heart disease is diagnosed, and at larger quantity of points for other causes of death-diagnose a cause of death not from ischemic heart disease.

EFFECT: method increases accuracy of determination of a cause of death, at the expense of the account of authentically significant signs for surveyed pathologies.
