SUBSTANCE: in method homogenate from corpse organ tissue is prepared. In order to prepare homogenate weight of tissue of organ fragment equal to 200 mg is taken, placed into porcelain mortar with quartz sand and homogenised at room temperature 25°C. In obtained tissue homogenate added are 2 ml of buffer: 0.05 M phosphate buffer. pH=7.4, containing 3.4 g of KH₂PO₄, 0.0186 g of EDTA-Na, 50 mg of KOH; after that homogenate is centrifuged for 10 min at 2.9 thousand rev/min, homogenate is diluted for carrying out chemiluminescent analysis.

EFFECT: increase of accuracy of chemiluminescent measurement results.
