SUBSTANCE: invention concerns traumatology and orthopedy and can be applicable for treatment of defects of bones of a forearm. A plasty is made using a fibular graft on peroneal vessels with bracing by a plate. The plate has the longitudinal oval apertures, removed from the plate centre smooth inclined to the aperture centre which surface is executed with possibility of shift of a head of an adjusting screw to the aperture centre at screw an adjusting screw in a bone, and on focused to the centre of a plate of a surface of apertures the carving is executed. The graft is fixed in an average part of a plate the blocking screws having on the head a carving. Place between the plate and the recipient bone of a spoke in the thickness from 1.5 mm on either side of from graft end faces. Screw in adjusting screws at an inclined surface of the apertures of a plate nearest to a graft, fixing a plate to recipient bone. Move the bones before compression of a graft by them for the shift account recipient bone at sliding of the head of an adjusting screw by an inclined part of an aperture. Roll in the remained apertures of a plate over recipient bone blocking screws. Spokes and adjusting screws are taken out. Blocking screws are rolled through released after excision of adjusting screws of an aperture in a plate in both parts recipient forearm bone.

EFFECT: method allows reducing pressure of a fixative upon a periosteum, to provide stable bracing.
