FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminarily setting fractured bone fragments, introducing rods into tibial proximal and distal metaphyses at an angle of 40-45 deg to frontal plane, introducing one rod 2-3 cm higher and one rod 2-3 cm lower than fracture place in frontal plane. The rods are attached to beam positioned posteroanterior from the tibia. Wires are introduced after having set the splitters. One is introduced in frontal plane through the tibial proximal metaphysis and the second one through distal metaphyses of both tibias. The wires are attached to half-rings. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of early stage treatment. 2 dwg
