Then the specified stimulation is spent in the opposite direction, since proximal pair and registration electrogrammes from the next pair in a distal direction. Elongation of St-A interval more than on 80 ms in comparison with the previous step means presence cavo-tricuspid blockade in a counter-clockwise direction.
