FIELD: transport, security systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device is placed on aircraft cabin passenger seats, connected to control unit arranged in cockpit. Note that the passenger cabin has cabin spin-scan video camera. Each passenger seat comprises frame, seat back, seat cushion, foot support and side members representing round-section soft rolls fitted all along the seat length and provided with pairs of slots. The said slots are arranged opposed in the area of seat back, seat cushion and foot support. The proposed device incorporates mechanism designed to rigidly fix passenger in the seat and representing system of flexible spring belts with their extreme parts rolled up and press-fitted into appropriate pair of aforesaid slots aligned with side member rolls. Note that the said belts are locked with help of electromechanical retainer. The central flat part of the said spring belt is pressed down to seat working surface and fixed therein. Retainer of each belt is connected to the control unit terminal corresponding to the seat number and spring belt position on the seat. Note also that the retainer is also connected to electrical signal source.
EFFECT: higher safety.
