FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of cellulose nitrates (CN) production. Cellulose nitration is carried out, then from the stage of previous nitration suspension of cellulose stock in nitrating acid mixture is exposed to mechanical and structural processing by means of its passage through mincing device of rotor-stator type, adjusting extent of processing by gap value between device rotor and stator legs. At that cellulose fibers are partially ground and slipped, together with even accelerated etherification and production of NC that are uniform in nitrogen content and dispersed composition.
EFFECT: creation of universal method for NC production of any brands from the whole variety of cellulose stock with provision of reliable and failure-free operation of process line, efficiency and ecological safety of NC production; creation of universal industrial technologies for production of the wide variety of NC from the whole variety of stock.
