FIELD: textiles, paper.
SUBSTANCE: multivariable blend of fabric-base is formed from spirally coiled strips of fabric, whose width is less than the whole width of the fabric. On the surrounding adjacent edges of the strips a connection is effected forming a pipe of fabric. Strips of fabric contain many pairs of beam threads of the machine direction, intertwined with weft thread perpendicular to the machine direction. Pipe of fabric contains upper and lower layers, formed from spirally coiled strips of fabric and adjoining one another in the fabric-base. Ends of the fabric-base are formed by curving in the pipe of fabric. In this case the warp threads and upper and lower layers have vertically laid alignments on both layers close to the ends. Sewing loops are formed from a part of continuously spreading outer threads, located on the curve in the pipe of fabric. Method to manufacture this fabric is also suggested.
EFFECT: multivariable blend of fabric manufactured this way provides a more uniform seam, made more economically and with less time.
