FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry, in particular, to mine flameproof steam generators and is used for dust sludging in gas-and-dust-hazardous mine workings. The mine flameproof steam generator comprises housing with water and heater, water intake and discharge system. Heater represents two closed circuits with common inlet into pump. High-pressure heating circuit comprises consecutively connected hot water pump, two hydraulic restrictors and control valve. The second evaporating circuit is connected parallel to one of the aforesaid hydraulic restrictors and to the first circuit control valve, and is made up of the control valve, evaporator-separator incorporating the hydraulic restrictor to allow tangential jet outflow under water level in the said evaporator-separator, water level float governor and steam outlet valve.
EFFECT: automatic control of operating conditions, improved steam moisture-content quality, shorter warm-up period.
