FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: drive contains frame and motor placed thereon. It also contains the mechanism converting rotating motion into reciprocating, which has a driving pulley and curvilinear guiding element, enveloped with a flexible continuous link. The latter is connected with a carriage, coupled with a counterweight, which is connected with rod column via the flexible link by means of a bracket unit. The bracket unit is made in form of a double movable block with a flexible link, the ends of which are secured on posts, installed symmetrically to the drive axis. The rods column is connected to a self-orienting block, enveloped with the flexible link. The posts are equipped with a graduation scale, the value of which varies from 0.2 to 2. The bracket unit facilitates smooth variation of length of drive run.
EFFECT: facilitates increased efficiency of drive operation.
