FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: proposed unit comprises electrically-driven hydraulic pump connected with main line sucking hydraulic fluid from hydraulic system tank via suction hose to be connected to the first hydraulic connector communicating with the aforesaid tank, or to hydraulic fluid intake from outside tank. The said intake comprises heat exchanger and controller of temperature of the working fluid sucked in, interconnected parallel-sequential. The hydraulic pump outlet is connected with the main line forcing hydraulic fluid via the filter and the line furnished with pressure gauge into the hydraulic system of the unit under test with help of pressure hose connected by self-locking connector to the hydraulic system second hydraulic connector. The pressure main line comprises high-pressure hydraulic valve connected in parallel with remote control shut-off valve. To the later are connected in parallel low-pressure hydraulic valve and hydraulic system working pressure hydraulic valve. The hydraulic valves outlets and shut-off valve hydraulic fluid drain outlet communicate with the pipeline draining working fluid into suction main line. The unit is provided with power supply cable and cable to feed electric power to electrical hardware of the tested hydraulic system with help of appropriate connector assembly.

EFFECT: higher quality of control, possibility to prime tested hydraulic systems from outside tank by closed means.
