FIELD: flushing; diagnostics of hydraulic systems.

SUBSTANCE: unit for flushing and diagnosing hydraulic systems, comprising a filter, connecting fittings, flexible hoses for connecting to a serviced hydraulic system, a pump, a container, which is filled and emptied using a tank of the serviced hydraulic system with an ejector built into the bottom with a movable underwater tube-nozzle: extreme left position for filling it, middle position for emptying and extreme right position for the flow to bypass the tank, whereas the power mechanisms are flushed by connecting the hydraulic circuits of the unit and the serviced hydraulic system into a common circuit, connecting the drain and intake of the pump in the hydraulic system tank, which is used in conjunction with the unit’s pump, with liquid flow through coarse and fine filters and unit ejectors to create an excess liquid flow at the suction pipe of the hydraulic system pump and vacuum at its outlet from the drain pipe; performing diagnostics of the serviced hydraulic system, the components and devices for which are mounted on the unit by connecting to the discharge line of the hydraulic system pump through flexible hoses: the throttle is installed on the pipeline with the inlet connected to the discharge line of the hydraulic system pump through the hose and drained into the hydraulic system tank, before the inlet to the throttle, two pipeline with valves with access to the hydraulic system distributor through the second sleeve: one for full flow from the hydraulic system pump when flushing actuators, the other for partial flow, through a flow meter to detect leakage in the distributor spools and actuators, the second flow meter is installed to determine the technical condition of the pump on the drain from the throttle, and the pressure gauge is installed at the throttle inlet upstream the pipeline with the first flow meter.

EFFECT: elimination of the shortcomings of the prototype unit by expanding the functionality.
