REGULATED DISK GENERATOR OF WAVE GEAR Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC F16H57/00 

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: regulated disk generator of wave gear contains driving shaft (5), two bushings (3), and two deforming elements in form of disks (1), bearings (2) of which are arranged on bushings (3) assembled on driving shaft and designed to radial displacement. The feature of the generator is assembling and operating the releasing mechanism for the above said displacement. The releasing mechanism is located inside shaft (5) in a blind axial hole with a thread at the open end and in two radial slots. In the said blind hole the mechanism contains return spring (10), cam (7), working spring (8), screw (9) actuating the working spring, and pushers (6) which can travel in radial direction. Pushers (6) contact with the inside surface of bushings (3) and have surface conjugated with the surface of cam (7), when the angle of contact is less, than the angle of friction. The surface of shaft (5) and holes of bushings (3) contact each other with their flat parts (4).

EFFECT: invention facilitates maintaining efficient tooth meshing of wave gear incorporating generator at variation of moment at output gear shaft and at wear of parts effecting parameters of tooth meshing.
