FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed gate incorporates casing arranged to interact with valve seats. The valve is coupled with driving mechanism. There is shut-off device fitted in through channel at the casing lower part under the gate valve and aligned with it. The said shut-off device consists of casing with inlet and outlet and spring-loaded shut-off member with stem. The inker channel communicates with gate valve inner space, while outlet channel communicates with atmosphere. The aforesaid shut-off device can interact with the gate valve and move axially. The gate valve casing consists of the inlet and outlet coupling flanges, seats casings and yoke accommodating the gate valve control screw and three bars. The said bars are interconnected by upper portal. The seats casings and coupling flanges are coupled with the said yoke with help of four pins. Two resilient gaskets make seats casings and coupling flanges tight.
EFFECT: higher reliability, reduced loads on driving mechanism, simpler design, better reparability.
