FIELD: heating, drying.
SUBSTANCE: invention immediately deals with drying machinery and is to be implemented in such spheres as chemical, microbiological and food industries. The proposed device for immediate inlet of liquid product into the freeze-drying chamber is represented by an evaporation chamber containing a liquid product inlet nipple with a focusing headpiece attached coaxial relative to its outlet opening. Inside the evaporation chamber there is a head tank mounted with a capillary in its lower part. In the diaphragm separating the freeze-drying and the evaporation chambers there is an opening arranged coaxial relative to the capillary. The design innovation consists in the head tank being additionally equipped with heater elements, with the diameter of the opening coaxial relative to the capillary being equal to the minimum diameter of the liquid product jet being discharged from the head tank and the nipple additionally connecting the evaporation chamber to the condenser and the vacuum pump.
EFFECT: enhancement of the device energy efficiency and operational reliability combined with performance improved due to parameter regulation.
