SUBSTANCE: suggested invention is related to the field of metering engineering. Objective of invention is simplification of dielectric coat thickness measurement procedure. Suggested method is based on assessment of phase difference of reflected waves from two borders of medium division during probing of controlled medium by electromagnet oscillations.
