FIELD: electrics.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns obtaining magnetic conductor. Magnetic conductor with linear hysteresis loop and high adjustability of alternate and direct current, relative magnetic permittivity of 500-15000 and saturation magnetostriction below 15 parts per mln is obtained from nanocrystalline ferromagnetic alloy represented by the formula FeaCObNicCudMeSIfBgXh, where M is at least one of V, Nb, Ta, Ti, Mo, W, Zr, Cr, Mn and Hf, X - P, Ge, C, and manufacturing admixtures; and a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h match the following conditions, atomic %: 0≤b≤40, 2<c<20, 0.5≤d≤2, 1≤e≤6, 6.5≤f≤18, 5≤g≤14, h<5, a is the rest, while 5≤b+c≤45. At least 50% of alloy crystalline particles have average particle size of 100 nm or smaller.

EFFECT: magnetic conductor with linear hysteresis loop and high adjustability of alternate and direct current.
