FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to electric engineering in particular to method for strip fabrication of nanocristalline material which strip is produced from tape cast in amorphous state. Atomic composition is following: [Fe1-a-bCoaNib]100-x-y-z-α-β-γCuxSiyBzNbαM'βM"γ where M' is at least one of the following elements: V, Cr, Al and Zn, M" is at least one of the following elements: C, Ge, P, Ga, Sb, In and Be, while: a≤0.07 and b≤0.1 0/5≤x≤1.5 and 2≤α≤5 10≤y≤16.9 and 5≤z≤8 β≤2 and γ≤2. In this process amorphous tape is subjected to crystallisation annealing in reeled out state by means of passing through at least two S-shaped units while stretching it essentially in axial longitudinal direction. The tape is held at annealing temperature of 530°C to 700°C for time period of 5 to 120 sec under axial stretching strain of 2 to 1000 MPa. Strip section profile does not have Ω-shaped section and maximal bend of strip cross-section is equal to less than 3% of strip width, preferably less than 1% of width. Present invention also has following objects: strip of nanocristalline material, toroidal core, current sensor, inductance coil produced of this strip and device for core fabrication.
EFFECT: creation of toroidal core with low magnetic conductivity.
