FIELD: electrics.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns electric equipment control means operating in alternate current network. Substance of invention includes claimed solid body relay and its analog, containing optical thyristor and at least one bidirectional triode thyristor connected to optical thyristor. Claimed relay differs from its analog, as it includes two additional diodes connected back to back in the break of a bidirectional triode thyristor, where one diode is a simple diode and another is light emission diode included on optic transistor couple construction with outputs used as current transmission control outputs.
EFFECT: solid body relay device with function of load current transmission control in alternate current networks.
