The system for providing PT services has a client device, which has a PT client, for sending a message with a request for transmitting information, requesting for permission to sent user information. The message with the request for transmitting information includes a time mark, which includes information on time associated with transmission of the said message with request for sending information.
EFFECT: design of a system which provides PT ("push then…") services if a message sent by a PT client with a request for transmitting information is lost.
