SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food. Canned food is cooked by cutting and freezing spring onions, cutting and grating horseradish, mixing the said ingredients with sugar, salt, calcium lactate, black pepper and laurel leaf without oxygen access, tongue cutting, packing the tongue, obtained mix and sour cream, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows receiving preserves, having the improved digestibility in comparison with the same culinary dish.
