SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food. Canned food is cooked by leek cutting and freezing, blanching and grating beet roots and horseradishes, mixing the said ingredients with acetic acid, sugar, salt, calcium acetate, black pepper and bay leaves without oxygen access, cutting tongue, packing tongue, obtained mixture and bone broth, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: this invention allows to manufacture new canned food having higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
