SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat canned food. Canned food is cooked by cutting and freezing spring onions, blanching and grating horseradish, mixing the said ingredients with sugar, salt, calcium lactate, hot black pepper and laurel leaves without oxygen access, poultry cutting. Poultry, prepared mixture and sour cream are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: enhanced preserve digestibility.
