FIELD: food production process.

SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by cutting and blanching cucumbers and tomatoes, cutting and freezing lettuce, blanching and grating horseradish, mixing the said ingredients with sugar, salt, calcium lactate, black pepper and laurel leaf without oxygen access, cutting tongue, packing tongue, obtained mixture and sour cream, sealing and sterilisation.

EFFECT: new canned food features improved digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
