SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing fish-and-vegetable canned food. The canned food is cooked by cutting and blanching cucumbers and tomatoes, cutting and freezing lettuce, blanching and grating beet and horseradish, mixing in the oxygen free conditions the said ingredients with acetic acid, sugar, salt, calcium acetate to produce garnish. Starred sturgeon is cut, it is packed with garnish and fish broth at given ratio of components, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility.
