FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of fish and vegetable preserves making for space food. The canned food is cooked by cucumbers and tomatoes cutting, blanching and mincing, lettuce freezing and mincing, beetroots and horseradish blanching and mincing, sturgeon mincing, mixing of specified ingredients with fish broth, sugar, table salt, and citric acid, packing the obtained mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility.
