SUBSTANCE: method for tinned food production provides for cucumbers and tomatoes cutting, blanching and mincing, beetroots and horseradishes blanching and mincing, starred sturgeon fillet mincing, mixing of listed components with fish broth, sugar, table salt and citric acid, packing of obtained mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
