FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine and can be used in neurology, cardiology, neurosurgery and resuscitation. Linear rate of blood flow (BLR) and diameter of medial cerebral artery (MCA) are registered in rest and against inhalation of 100% by oxygen within 2 minutes. Coefficient of change of rate of blood flow (BCCO2) is calculated under the formula: BCCO2=V2/V0, where V0 initial-LSK, in cm/s, V2 - BCC in 2 minutes of inhalation in cm/s; index of change of rate of blood flow (BSIO2) under the formula: BSIO2=(V2-V0)/T, where V0 - initial BCC in cm/s, V2 - BCC in 2 minutes of inhalation in cm/s, T - inhalation time in s; factor of change of diameter DCC (DCCO2) under the formula: DCCO2=D2/D0, where D0 - initial diameter DCC in/mm, D2-diameter in 2 minutes of inhalation in mm; index of change of diameter DCI (DCIO2) under the formula: BCCO2=(D2-D0)/T, where D0 - initial diameter DCC in mm, D2 - diameter in 2 minutes of inhalation in mm, T - inhalation time in minutes; an index posthyperoxic restoration BLR (RIO2) under the formula: RIO2=V0/V5 where V0 initial BLR in DCC in cm/s, V5-BLR in 5 minutes from the research beginning in cm/s autoregulative response normalised to AP (HAOO2) define under the formula: HAOO2=(V2-V0)/(V0*(RI2-AP0)), where V0 - initial BLR in DCC in cm/s, V2-BLR in 2 minutes of inhalation in cm/s, AP0 - initial systolic AP in mm hg, RI2 - systolic arterial pressure in 2 minutes of inhalation in mm hg. At indicators: BCCO2=0.82±0.07; BCCO2=-0.12±0.05; BSIO2=0.84±0.06; DCIO2=-0.33±0.24 mm/min; RIO2=1.08±0.11; HAOO2=1.11±0.29 normal condition of cerebral blood flow autoregulation is estimated.
EFFECT: raising accuracy of cerebral blood flow autoregulation estimation.
