FIELD: railway vehicle.
SUBSTANCE: proposed controller comprises damping part and pressure relay communicated with braking cylinder and air distributor, and self-diagnostics system. Damping part consists of car load pickup and microcontroller that makes mathematic averaging. Pressure relay consists of pressure senders, comparison unit and actuators. Car load pickups and pressure senders are connected to comparison unit via common bus. Comparison unit output is connected to input of actuators. Self-diagnostic system is connected, via common bus, to comparison unit, while its input is connected to output of actuators.
EFFECT: possibility to be used in whatever vehicles, higher reliability and longer life; fast and accurate operation.
