FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ship building, particularly to building sea floating oil and gas production platforms operating on shelf under arctic ice conditions on intensive rough sea. The case of the support base consists of two sections in height: the lower one which is completely located under water and the upper one which serves as a support for an above water upper construction and is oriented crosswise the sea surface in the region of the design waterline and also above and below the latter. The upper section has a shape of a narrowed body with diameter considerably less, than that of the lower one. The total length of the above said section by height is equal to no less, then sum of thickness of ice formations of the given water area, and to at least doubled height of calculated wave of the water area. The case of the lower section is water proof and is filled predominantly with air. Process equipment for extraction of oil and gas is assembled in the lower section and head completions of standpipes and producing well uprisers are arranged in the lower part of this lower section. Inside the case of the upper section there are arranged passenger elevator shafts, shafts of air intake and gas discharge of the process equipment for oil and gas extraction, and shafts of lower section ventilation. The case of the lower section can be made divided with a partition into upper and lower water proof parts where an upper part can be detached from the lower part with located within the boundaries of the latter head completions of stand pipes and producing well uprisers. The process equipment for oil and gas extraction is located in the upper detached part of the lower section case. The case of the lower part is designed so that cavities of the case can be filled with inert gas. An ice breaking device is arranged around the upper section; this device is placed in the region of the design waterline. According to the second variant of the platform the upper section in the region of the design waterline, and above and below it has the shape of a body narrowing upward from section to section, exterior surface of which is inclined to the vertical axis of the said case.
EFFECT: invention for increasing efficiency of platform operation facilitates multiplying number of producing uprisers with head completions arranged on it at minimal susceptibility to ice and wave loads.
