FIELD: hydraulic structures.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrotechnical structures, in particular, to marine gravitational stationary multifunctional platforms, and can be used for drilling of wells and extraction of hydrocarbon raw material in shallow water areas with seasonal ice cover. Novelty is that designing and making support bases of marine gravitational stationary oil producing platform with increased vertical clearance of lower plane of superstructure of offshore platform, compensating with factor of margin by 5–10 % value of predicted subsidence of rock mass above planned reservoir during the whole design period. Forecast of rock mass subsidence is performed before the offshore platform design. Support base is designed and manufactured with improved strength characteristics compensating for their height increase taking into account predicted subsidence of rock mass above planned reservoir. Besides, when designing a gravitational stationary oil and gas platform for development of a hydrocarbon deposit in a water area subject to a seasonal ice cover, design and manufacture of ice protection with its upper generatrix, which exceeds by 5–10 % value of predicted subsidence of rock mass above planned reservoir during the whole design period.
EFFECT: invention improves industrial and ecological safety of operation of marine gravitational stationary ice-resistant oil producing platform, which is accompanied by subsidence (displacement) of rock massif as a result of long-term (for several decades) development of deposit and extraction of formation fluid.
