FIELD: waste treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of thermal processing of solid organic household waste. The method for processing solid household waste includes the stages of magnetic separation and crushing of waste up to 5-10 mm, drying with recirculating flue gases, pyrolysis of solid household waste with separation of pyrolysis gases into combustible gases, pyrolysis oil and water, mixing of coal with pyrolysis oil in a ratio of 20:1 and extrusion, repeated pyrolysis of granules, cooling of granular coal, capping ready-made coal granules. Conductive pyrolysis is carried out in two stages: at the first stage, the pyrolysis chamber is heated by flue gases to a temperature of 500-550°C, and at the second to 800-900°C. Coal is cooled to a temperature of 50-60°C by separated water irrigation.
EFFECT: invention provides for the creation of an energy-saving method for producing pyrolysis oil and activated carbon granules, which, depending on the composition of the processed raw materials, can be used as a high-calorie fuel, absorbent or biochar for soil enrichment.
