FIELD: chemistry, biochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology and can be used to cultivate tissues and cells of molluscs and others invertebrates, to optimise biocrystallisation processes in vitro, for diagnostic studying functional activity and aragonite biocrystallisation processes with using fresh-water mollusc tissues. The nutrient medium contains standard nutrient medium DMEM/F-12, embryo calf serum, streptomycin sulphate, benzenicylline sodium salt, gentamycin sulphate, kanamycin sulphate, fluconazole.

EFFECT: increased time to cultivate tissues and cells and for reduced risk of mould fungi in culture.
