SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a liquid heterogeneous protein matrix comprising free molecules of chitosan and collagen, as well as extracellular microvesicles of embryonic calf serum, characterized by the fact that it is obtained by incubation of embryonic calf serum with a solution of chitosan with concentration of 400–600 mcg/ml in ratio of 1:5 with subsequent neutralization, centrifuging, removing the supernatant and dissolving precipitate in 0.1% collagen solution at rate of 1 ml of collagen solution per 1 ml of the used foetal calf serum, also relates to a method of using a liquid heterogeneous protein matrix, where the liquid heterogeneous protein matrix is diluted 10 times with 0.25% solution of acetic acid and applied to a dish pre-conditioned by culturing human embryonic rhabdomyosarcoma cells on it for at least 24 hours, then washed with 1% glutaric aldehyde in phosphate buffer solution for not more than 5 minutes.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides a simplification of the technology of treating glassware with a composition which accelerates adhesion, that is, fixation of cells on laboratory glassware in cell culture conditions, which increases viability of cell lines having weak adhesion capacity.
