FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to efficient and reliable extraction of oil and gas, particularly to control lines or to connecting borehole equipment. The device consists of the first tubular element located in the borehole; this element has one or several points of conjugation of control lines each of them led on the interior surface of the first tubular element, where there is a contact surface of compaction, a protecting element located at the contact surface of compaction of the first tubular element and designed to perform axial offset, when the second tubular element, installed in the borehole, contacts the first tubular element, opening the contact surface and thus facilitating conjugation between the first and the second tubular element; also the second tubular element located in the borehole has one or several points of conjugation of control lines, each of those led on the exterior surface of the second tubular element; on the surface of the latter there are located at least two compacting elements distanced from each other in axial direction so, that there is at least one packing element on both sides from output of each control line to exterior surface of the second tubular element.
EFFECT: improved connection with borehole equipment.
