FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mining and can be implemented at underground development of minerals mainly in permafrost zone. The method of building filing mass at development of deposits under conditions of permafrost consists in supplying an ice-rock filing mixture into a filed entry, in its layer-by-layer stacking and freezing. After stacking the next in turn layer of the ice-rock filing mixture the upper part of the stacked layer is heated to melting ice in the heated part, further the stacked layer of the filing mass is packed. Heating the upper part of the stacked layer of the ice-rock filing mass is performed with a packing facility containing a packing body with nozzles whereto heated working agent is supplied.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and safety at mining due to reduction of labour intensiveness and to increased rate of worked out chamber filing.
